Ancient Practices for Modern Well-Being

Drawing on the inspirations of the wise, well and loving Ancestors, the Ancient Awakening sessions will inspire, replenish and heal. Practises using Breath, Sound and Movement are technologies that have been developed over countless of generations to embolden peoples self awareness, enlist healing and to enhance communal connection.
Led by facilitators, Ruth Langford (Breathwork), Abby Aquila (ReWild Dance), Dorianne Daniels (Sound Healing), Wajan Hale (Embodied Dance) & special guest, Elsewhere Sauna, who will share their sources of inspiration and practices to support your journey towards wholeness as a Well-Being.
