Ruth Langford Tipruthanna is a Yorta Yorta and Dja Dja Wurrung woman who is a passionate advocate for holistic healing. 

She brings deep understanding and years of experience to her role as a facilitator at Nayri Niara and as senior staff for Melbourne Breathwork and the global Institute for Holotropics. 

With a background in transpersonal psychology, Indigenous Medicines Therapy and a commitment to personal growth, she creates a nurturing space where participants can explore their inner landscapes.

Her gentle approach, combined with extensive training in First Nations Well-Being practices and Breathwork, ensure you are supported throughout your journey. Ruth’s commitment to honouring connection to Country and the wisdom of loving Ancestors enriches each session, allowing for a deeper exploration of self and spirit.
