Deposit, payments & cancellations policy (1/1/25-31/12/25)

All prices are quoted per person in AUD including GST and are valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.  

4-7 Day Retreats and Workshops 

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your place in our workshops. Full payment is due 45 days prior to workshop commencement.

  • >45-31 days plus prior to commencement of workshop – nil cancellation fee and full refund (minus non-refundable booking deposit)

  • 30-20 days prior to commencement of workshop – 25% of the full price of workshop (after deduction of $500 deposit)

  • 20-15 days prior to commencement of workshop – 50% of full price of the workshop (after deduction of $500 deposit)

  • 14 days or less prior to commencement of the workshop – no refund (we advise you already have travel insurance organised before this date to cover unforeseen circumstances).

1-3 Day Retreats and Workshops 

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your place in our workshops. Full payment is due 14 days prior to workshop commencement.

  • >31-14 days plus prior to commencement of workshop – nil cancellation fee and full refund (minus non-refundable booking deposit)

  • 14-7 days prior to commencement of workshop – 25% of the full price of workshop (after deduction of $200 deposit)

  • 7-2 days prior to commencement of workshop – 50% of full price of the workshop (after deduction of $200 deposit)

  • 48hrs or less prior to commencement of the workshop – no refund. 

We date the cancellation period from the day we receive notice from you, by phone message or email, of the cancellation.

No refund will be available if you voluntarily leave the workshop after commencement for any reason including injury, illness or bereavement. As mentioned, travel and medical insurance are therefore strongly recommended.

In the event we cancel a workshop prior to its commencement, due to political reasons or natural threats or disasters (such as bushfires or floods), we will fully refund all monies less deposit already paid for the cost of the workshop only. Any other costs associated with you joining or participating in the workshop will not be covered. Travel insurance is recommended in order to cover those.

It is the sole responsibility of each guest to determine, prior to the workshop, that you are medically well enough to take part in the workshop. We advise that you complete our medical form and undertake an Introduction Phone Call with one of our facilitators prior to making any payments or booking flights to determine any contra-indicators to your participation in a Holotropic Breathwork workshop.
