Ruth Langford and Kumu Pa'a Kawika guide an immersive day On-Country and explore the healing of connection to Country. Come and experience the knowledge, history, and genealogy of these ancient cultures that are preserved in dance, chant, song, and stories. Ruth and Kumu will share the many significant values of traditional culture welcoming all who are inspired to learn and connect to country and her healing traditions.

Departure time:
Please be at LongHouse by 10am for a 10:15 am.. We will Car Pool to the Springs on Kunanyi.

Duration:
6 hours

Lunch:
A vegan salad wrap will be provided for lunch. Please notify us asap if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Footwear:
We will be walking on uneven, rocky ground so please wear supportive walking shoes with firm treaded soles. Dress shoes, high heels, and casual sandals or similar footwear is not appropriate footwear.

Personal gear:
Raincoat, water bottle, warm clothes, personal medication, sun protection, a journal (optional).

Extra details:
Unfortunately, due to tracks on kunanyi, this tour will not be wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy:
We cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. Please choose trainings & retreats carefully. When circumstances permit: One month prior to course commencement provides 80% refund, two weeks prior permits 50% refund, & cancellation within two weeks of any course or retreat start date unfortunately, a refund cannot be given. All refunds will incur a $25 administration change per course. If Nayri Niara cancels a retreat, workshop or course a full refund will be provided.
