“Connect to your Well, Wise & Loving Ancestors to repair inherited wounds.”

Combing three powerful healing knowledges:

  • Indigenous Medicines Therapy by
    Nayri Niara

  • Ancient Hawaiian traditions & protocols by Mana O Kahiko

  • The powerful practice of Holotropic Breathwork by Melbourne Breathwork

This immersive retreat will create a sacred healing container, supporting participants in ceremonial repair, reconnecting them with the wise & loving ancestors of their lineages in order to heal past pattering wounds. Through forgiving, letting go & releasing, we are able to return to the fullness & wholeness of our being. Participants will be guided through traditional First Nations protocols & ceremonies that nurtures the process of making connection to Source, in order to free & clear.

Ruth Langford & Kuma Pa’a Kawika Foster, founder of Mana O Kahiko, have purposefully selected each ceremony & talk in this retreat to nurture a deeply connective experience. Bear witness to the healing power of forgiveness - on all levels of your being - as you discover the freedom & clarity that is brought forward from traditional Australian Indigenous & Hawaiian practices of reparation, repair & forgiveness.

Retreat Accommodation at Spring Bay Mill

The retreat accommodation at Spring Bay Mill in trayapana/ Triabunna has been purposefully chosen as a site of repair, coinciding with the healing that will occur during the retreat. Spring Bay Mill was the original land of our Old People - a gathering place of feasting & sharing culture. In the 1970’s the land was turned into the world’s largest chip mill, destroying ancient old growth forests in Southern lutruwita/Tasmania, creating significant environmental damage. In 2011, philanthropist, Graeme Wood, purchased the mill, putting a stop to old growth logging & since then has been working tirelessly to heal the scares of this land.

Deepen your retreat experience by staying at Spring Bay Mill:
Ridges Quarters - Twin Share / Private Rooms - $400 / $700
Glamping Belle Tent - Twin Share/ Private Room - $400 / $700
Available with Afterpay.

Food:
If you book accommodation food is included in the price. You will receive 10 x catered meals over 4-days.
